35 acres. Over 10,000 square feet. One extraordinary leap of faith.

Some homes are more than a renovation. They’re a leap of faith.

And this one? This one was a leap of a lifetime.

When Kevin and I took on this sprawling 35-acre ranch, with more than 10,000 square feet of living space, we saw something extraordinary.

Not what it was, but what it could become.

What we didn’t have was an endless budget or a financial safety net.

In fact, bringing this dream to life took just about every penny we had.

Every account. Every last dollar. Every ounce of faith.

But we’ve always believed that beautiful things happen when you’re willing to see potential where others might see impossibility.

So we rolled up our sleeves, trusted our instincts, and began transforming this incredible property from the ground up.

Room by room. Detail by detail. Dream by dream.

It was one of the largest and most ambitious renovations we’d ever undertaken, and certainly one of the most personal.

What emerged was a home filled with character, warmth, collected treasures, and the kind of thoughtful details that have always defined Olivewood Designs.

And then something remarkable happened.

Our ranch was featured in an incredible 18-page national magazine spread.

Eighteen pages celebrating the home we had poured so much of ourselves into.

But the greatest reward wasn’t seeing our work in print.

It was standing in the middle of that beautiful home, looking around at everything we’d accomplished, and knowing that sometimes the biggest dreams require the biggest leaps of faith.

And this one?
